    You get 2 weeks to start plus certain holidays and you earn a 3rd week after 5 years, a 4th after 10 years and a 5th after 20 years.

    typical holidays off. At 10 yrs you get 4 wks, 20 yrs 5 wks and 25 years gets you 6 weeks off. Everyone is now saying Xerox will reduce vacation time like they did severance.

    Vacation goes up as your length of service increases. However, once you've been there for 25 years and earned the 6 weeks, you are extremely lucky to never have been laid off. Sick days are unlimited, and this is the best part of this benefit.
