standard benefit program. Takes a long time to earn a month off.
Signed contract stating 12 paid holidays annually, but a couple of months later manager states there has been a mistake and our department is only allowed 6 paid holidays annually because our unit belongs to another division which is not really a part of Xerox!!! Several workers had to cancel out of town holiday reservations, and our department had to come to work while ALL other departments in the building were out on paid holiday!!!

Offered 10 days 1st year plus 2 floating holidays. I cant remember how many sick days but I am guessing 5 days.
Vacation time of 3 weeks at 5 years, 4 weeks at 10 years, 5 weeks at 20 years, 6 weeks at 30 years.
Biggest problem with vacation and PTO was getting the supervisors to approve it. Otherwise, applying for it and getting it applied to a paycheck was easy and it accrued at a pretty good rate.
Time off is less than desirable because you have to do a draft, and that's based on seniority.
Standard but also flexible if needed additional paid time off.
