To be honest as an intern you don't get coverage for your first 60 days, which was not good, (since I went there from Canada and we have free health insurance!!!!) I cannot find anything good about benefits at Xilinx (as an intern of course)

The salary is average as compared to industry. The annual hike is not significant, The bonus is fine. It provides 401K and medical benefits..

Vacation starts at 3 weeks a year and adds a day every few years. They recently switched the Aetna plans to more expensive and less comprehensive options. There is a free onsite Gym in San Jose. There is also a Cafeteria on site, but not free.
