I received RSU's. ESPP is also great (Employee stock purchasing plan), 401(k) matching is alright and health benefits are great!!
Health Insurance was really good, Pay and Bonuses higher than average. 401k matching was low.
Xilinx offers a competitive set of benefits including a 401K match up to $4000, a wide range of options in the 401K are available for different life/risk stages all with low expense ratios. ESPP plan allows purchasing up to $21,250 in stock per year with 15% discount and a 2 year price lock-in. Performance bonus are available every 6 months based on company and individual performance criteria. San Jose campus has an on site gym and cafeteria.
Reasonably good benefits overall and very similar to previous technology company benefits from what I have seen

ESPP, Health, Vision & Dental all top notch. Good choices in 401k Plan - Used to suck 10+ years ago. Profit sharing fairly regular but not huge. Stock grants are pretty stingy these days, especially if you don't fall in the small perceived "super-elite" category.
Worst thing - make sure you check on the 401K match, overall benefits are very good, the 401K match seems lower than some other companies

Xilinx offers a lot of perks - profit sharing, 401K, bonuses and the other perks - ie employee events.
Very nice, understanding and flexible management with time off. Strong benefits package that is competitive. Would like more compensation offered for grad school reimbursement and longer maternity and paternity leave.
