Xpanxion gives us a LOT of PTO. This PTO can be used for either vacation days or sick days, which I love. We are now going to get 401k matching which is great because the lack of it was a big drawback. The insurance is really good too - very cheap vision insurance. They are very flexible about allowing work from home if you commute a long ways into work or have something you need to take care of.
Medical, Dental, & Vision is good.
Pretty good health insurance that covers mostly everything at a reasonable co-pay. 401k does not have a match. Dental and Vision are absolutely terrible. PTO is lacking. 13 days is the base with no sick days.
Pretty standard benefits. Paid Time off, health, dental, and vision insurance. I'm currently under current health insurance until end of year, so I don't currently use the company's insurance plans yet. Mostly high deductable plans.
Dental insurance only covers 2 dental offices in town. Vision insurance is through VSP which also isn't that great.
health insurance, 401k (but no matching), plenty of vacation time, social events
no major standouts - 401K availability without match i not much of a benefit PTO plan is rather generous and flexible
The one thing that is missing from the benefits package is a flex plan. otherwise it is very respectable
Above average amount of vacation days, several levels of insurance with very good quality for the plans, and several additional options over what others in the area offer.
All maternity/paternity leave and sick days are counted against allotted floating holidays and PTO days.
