Health insurance and paid vacay time was offered at this location.
The medical packages are the minimum required by law, though the corporate offices won't stop bragging about how generous they are. They only cover the employee, not the family so by yourself you are looking at about 100 a month for you and a spouse you are looking at close to 600 a month. the dental and vision aren't bad but they aren't anything spectacular.
pretty good benefits through united healthcare.
con- no 401k matching, limited vacation time. pro- health insurance provided.
They start benefits at day one. I did sign up for any of the though. But the 401k was good.
Full time offered to anyone to gets past 90 days probation. Must work minimum of 32 hours per week to qualify.
medical, dental, vision insurance are provided because of the affordable health acre act.
I never took advantage of it. The coverage seemed to be very basic and i felt like i could find better deals in the health insurance marketplace. Not to say that they did not try, But any package they offer that was worth buying you probably couldn't afford what it would cost out of your check.
health insurance is very generous. the company shoulders 80% of the cost.
All full time employees are eligible for the benefits program at great rates. Definitely a huge plus!!!
