best is that you have a lot of vacation time, just make sure you use it which is easier said than done, and benefits not the greatest. but better than nothing...worst is copayments if you need to go to the ER, forget ever going there.

I heard about many benefits since I am a part time employee I don't enjoy them. but in training they explain all the benefit such as paid vacation, seek day discount at many store, gym etc.
You get four weeks paid vacation after you make a year, you get triple time for major holidays, you get a bonus twice a year, and there is always overtime.
4 weeks vacation, don't have to pay for Health Insurance, copays are reimbursed.
there really is nothing wrong it. great benefits! small copays and you get reimbursed for going to the gym.
The health benefits at YAI are still very good.
They allow you to save into a 401 K but don't contribute to it. You have vacation days but they can't carry over to the following year. No paid maternity or paternity leave.
You do not have to pay extra for benefits!! Healthcare & Dental insurance are free. You do have to pay for Vision Insurance. 403b offered, $10k Life Insurance. Some employees complained about the Health Insurance plan but I never had any issues receiving benefits.
They reimbursed for any medical expenses whether you had their insurance or not at the end of the year; you just needed receipts. They had discounts on things like gyms and cell phone companies.
