    401k vacation holiday sick time are amazing. You can cash out 1 week of vacation every 6 months if you're full time or if you're part-time working outside of your hours weekly agreement or per-diem there is a bonus compensation of the amount of hours you work every few hundred hours.

    best is that you have a lot of vacation time, just make sure you use it which is easier said than done, and benefits not the greatest. but better than nothing...worst is copayments if you need to go to the ER, forget ever going there.
