    You had to do various job trainings from spotting abuse, being a bystander, stuff like that that helps you in the job. Also CPR was a big one that other employees like their staff to have

    Training varies from conferences to in house trainings. Supervisors can advocate for staff to take trainings, and almost all trainings are offered by the YMCA.
