Pretty good if you are satisfied with middle-level life quality. The company also has a very transparent promotion system if you want a better opportunity.
The training was about a week long and it included both swimming as well as multiple choice exams. Overall, it was a good experience.
They will never actually send you proof of certification for CPR/Aed training. I tried for 5 months and never got mine.
there are yearly traninings that need to be renewed as part of the job. they're repetitve and don't require effort.

They are very thorough and really tell you what to do or not to do. Its a chill atmosphere but also its simultaneously proffesional.
