It is fine, again like any other job. The retirement plan usually helps out later on if I decide to leave.
12% added after 2 years of service without any from you
I wish this was offered to all employees, but it isn't. I believe that you have to be full time to benefit from this.
Awesome benefit after you accrue 1,000 hrs over a 2 year period
If you pay nothing they will still put 12% into your account as soon as you hit 1000 hours
12% funded by YMCA and you can add to it
I pay 6% and the y pays 12%
12% paid by the Y, then you can contribute more if you wish to do so
The YMCA matches what you put in every pay period. It all adds up quick over a short period of time.
