Nice total benefits package, wellness and ability to work remotely
Best thing is I never ran into any issues with using my benefits & it was affordable until the increase last year.
Great benefits including an annual bonus and personal development fund.
The medical benefit monthly premiums are extremely expensive.
YPO offers a robust holistic benefit package. The best is flexible work from home, flexible schedule, tuition and adoption assistance.
Great benefits package, and HR was very thorough and helpful in the onboarding process. I received a very detailed and complete "benefits package" folder with everything I needed, and could get any questions answered easily and quickly.
One of the best benefits about YPO is the flexibility to work anywhere in the world, and because of the time zone differences, flexibility of hours. Insurance, 401K, tuition assistance, paid vacation, etc.
Great benefits package for employees
YPO has an amazing benefits package with incentives for team members to stay healthy, manage stress, and balance life. The worst thing about the benefits package at YPO is that it is very difficult to really take advantage of it in a manner that benefits one's life! YPO is a high-demand, high-stress environment and it is not always easy or even realistic to actually take advantage of the benefits in a life-affecting way.
The flexibility to work from home as needed and work the hours that best suit you as phenomenal. There's nothing like it. The 401 k is just fine and holds up well against other companies. While the insurance isn't as good as our last company, it too is perfectly fine and provides many options for dental, eye, and medical coverage. We are perfectly happy with it. Maternity leave may be considered lesser by some, but it all depends what state you live in.
