YRC pays for their employees benefits, but management treats the employees like a number.... they don’t care! Pro: pretty good benefits Cons: Some medications aren’t approved, insurance wants You to try something else!
I understand they offer a retirement plan but beyond that I am not aware of other benefits offered.
There are 3 tiers of medical insurance coverage available through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Bronze, Gold and Silver plans are the 3 options available to choose from. They also offer HSA and FSA spending accounts.

You get to choose which BCBS PPO insurance you want. I believe anywhere but California. Pharmaceutical , eye and dental and are separate companies. Then they pay for life insurance 1x once of salary. You can up you life. Then add spouse, children. Many others you can add to your benefits disability, LD&L. They have a cafeteria program. You get so much money tho spend you pay the difference. They have incentives to stop smoking employee & spouse and annual physical for employee.
