Availability of qualified physicians within the network and that they can all communicate through Epic to deliver highest value of care through interdisciplinary collaboration
Each year they dilute out the benefits a little more, and the pay doesn't increase, which makes it a little tougher on the employees. It hurts morale for sure, and it makes it harder for the employee.
