The worst thing is the fact that they make you take vacation time off before any sick leave. So, if you get ill in January, you lose your vacation time until the following year.
Benefits are excellent, and Yamaha is one of the few companies left with a solid benefits package. Vacation time is limited to 2 weeks for first few years (5?) of employment, which is a challenge.
