Has decent 401k and health insurance, just high premiums

The best thing is that the amount of providers the health insurance covers. I don't have problems trying to find a provider. We also get quarterly productivity/profit sharing bonuses, which is really nice when you want to save a little extra.

Yancey provides excellent benefits including subsidizing premiums, 401K match, profit sharing, gym membership discounts, health coaches, etc.

Yancey is big about 401k contribution is good. And the healthcare is great.

Health Insurance is a great part of the compensation package.

Company paid a good portion of our benefits. It was BCBS and there were pretty low deductibles. All of my procedures were covered fully....very little out of pocket expenditures. They also offered vision, dental, and aflac.
