Darden offers everything from a robust healthcare package including dental, to paid time off. You get vacation to maternity leave. They also offer a 401k plan, and also have programs like darden dimes that collects 10 cents from every pay check to go to any coworkers who have a life altering circumstance.
Lots of offerings for employees regardless of being part-time or full-time, however not alot of the offerings are known to most employees and the management doesn't encourage taking advantage of 401k's.
Great health benefits, flexible hours.
Flexibility with schedule but no paid time off, no health insurance either, there is a 401K plan no matching is available
Horrible management. No respect for previous experience. If you end up working Front Desk, YOU WILL BREATHE IN SPRAY PAINT ALMOST DAILY because the LINQ hires spray paint artists to do their work literally feet away from the front door.
Excellent perks and full benefits package
401 K and company stock program is great. Employee benefits suck.
for part-time, tipped employees, the benefits package is not much... I don't qualify for their health plan. However, I do get dental and vision for a small monthly fee.
there is 401K, health insurance if you want it, time off as you request it as a part time employee. As a part time employee I dont think you should expect too much in terms of benefits. I know full time employees and managers have great benefits.
Health insurance, 401k, dental, and you also get food benefits when on break or when you come in with friends
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
