Darden offers healthcare as well as discounts to many other restaurants, which is nice.
I was unable to get any health benefits since it required an average of 32 hours per week to be eligible to receive benefits. 401K benefits were good due to company matching.
have to work min of 30 hrs to receive benefits through Darden
There are no benefits packages for part time employees. Most front of the house staff (servers, hosts, bussers, etc. are all part-time). Requesting time off is usually approved (depending on performance and # of staff) but you have to request off about 3 weeks in advance. Otherwise, you have to find a cover (and have that cover approved by management).
Benefits are good. There are different benefits like eye doctor and health care. Those were the main benefits that a lot of employees get.
They have amazing benefits in this company. they also have a lot of discounts from any different vendors. Car loans, Life and health Benefits , savings plans for all the employees
You are able to get health and dental benefits
Benefits are good with many options. Healthcare. Stock options. 401k and quarterly bonuses
Lots of offerings for employees regardless of being part-time or full-time, however not alot of the offerings are known to most employees and the management doesn't encourage taking advantage of 401k's.
Darden offers everything from a robust healthcare package including dental, to paid time off. You get vacation to maternity leave. They also offer a 401k plan, and also have programs like darden dimes that collects 10 cents from every pay check to go to any coworkers who have a life altering circumstance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
