Until 2020, benefits were fully employer-paid. Then staff was given the option to choose a high or low deductible plan. HR gives a lot of resources and support to help choose which benefits package is best for employees.

Great health insurance and PTO
Better health insurance coverage than any nonprofit I know, even after contribution increases last year. Good number for PTO days offered, but often it was difficult to take time off because of capacity constraints... but least they pay out your accrued time off when you leave.
