    Unbelievable health insurance benefits, very solid PTO, sabbatical at 6 years of service, better than average maternity leave and flexible work arrangements are very common

    Excellent health insurance (Blue Cross, Blue Shield) with no premiums! Professional Development funds are $2,500 annually, up to $1,000 can be used to pay off student loans. $400 fitness reimbursement. 401(K) with company match after 3 months. Generous PTO. WFH available.

    The best thing is that you do not pay any money toward health care. They also have $1000 payment to students loan per year. The enrollment is very easy and the HR staff is more than helpful answering questions and concerns about the benefits. As with every non-profit, the salary leaves much to be desired. With that being said, the organization's benefits package is better than any none profit organization in the greater Boston area.

    Often in non-profit work, benefits and pay are traded for the quality of life factor good, ethical work can provide. Not the case with Year Up. The company goes to great lengths to find the best benefit packages based on their current business model. When times are tough, they look to find organizational and holistic benefits to support their workforce.
