Great health and dental insurance, as well as visual! 401k, and an employee stock purchasing program too, along with the vested stock you acquire as the years pass
I have worked for Yelp over a year now and have been more than pleased with the 100% coverage on my benefits. I had the choice between HMO or PPO and chose the PPO. Just had my second surgery and was very happy with the issuance of time off and how little it cost me to take care of a very expensive surgery! Benefits gets 5 stars for me:)
Best part was the free snacks and fully covered health, vision and dental
Every benefit Yelp offers is GREAT!! Anyone lucky enough to be a part of firm will get benefits day 1. AWESOME!!
The best thing about the benefits is that you’re truly covered and they cover dental, vision, and health care and provide an HSA Account. Also they give you $60 stipend every month for the gym. They match up your 401K up to $3000, bereavement pay and the PTO is accrued. Fully stocked kitchen. Sold.
It's a really great benefits package
Best insurance from day one of working. Paid vacation. Health and wellness (e.g., health and dental insurance) Financial and retirement (e.g., 401(k), pension plans) Family and parenting (e.g., onsite daycare, adoption assistance) Vacation and time off (e.g., holiday pay, sabbaticals) Perks and discounts (e.g., free lunches, dog friendly office, company car) Professional support (e.g., diversity program, tuition assistance)
You get fully covered health care apparently. You will get a monthly wellness stipend that will cover up to $60 per month. If you commute, they also allow you to pay for the monthly train pass pretax.
great benefits package, pto plan could be a little more generous
Best: Insurance and 401k match. Low salary Worst: holidays observed, paid time off and lack of decency to have people stay safe during a snow storm when every other company has closed due to bad weather conditions
