Great benefits & health insurance
Benefits were amazing at Yelp. They offered fitness reimbursement. Health could be a little better in terms of how much they cover for the family but they do take care of the individual employee
They offer many super cool benefits like wellness, work from home utility reimbursement and so much more
Fun environment, free food, fun co workers
At Yelp we have “quarterlies” where we align with our manager on our growth over the quarter and if there is a “misalignment” in where we think I am then we chat about it to try and come to a mutual understanding. In my last two quarterlies I’ve felt like we’ve misaligned in multiple areas and I spent a ton of time explaining things that my manager didn’t know I did. So my question is… have you experienced something similar and what did you do to fix it. How can I gain visibility?
good lots of stuff, happy
Excellent, progressive and meaningful benefits are offered at Yelp. From adoption support to comprehensive medical the benefits program shows that Yelp understand and supports employees.
$75 wellness Reimbursement monthly is a great perk
The best benefit is the remote first approach, it’s great to be trusted to do my best work at home. Good insurance overall, low cost and good coverage. The worst thing is the very small company match for 401k. It should be a percentage, but instead it’s a fixed amount that really doesn’t compare to industry standards.
better than your avg benefits package
They paid for all insurance and matched 401k
