They give a scholarship to go to Grace Hopper next year as an intern without needing to apply for the scholarship separately. Usually it is very competitive to get a scholarship for GHC. There is also free food though I don't get paid for lunch hour.
Seamless allowances for every meal can't be beat. Facilities management cares about employee happiness and will take feedback seriously to improve kitchen offerings.
Comp is very good for a director and VP. When you hit quota, there is a huge multiplier. If oyu've got a few contacts, this is a $400K+ a year job already in year 2.

There is hardly one. Or there was hardly one when I was there. Non determined weeks of vacation. No bonus, or OT. Definitely no annual raise guarantee.
