They had some very simple snacks that went quickly.
health and junk food
They were putting out surveys for the types of snacks people wanted, there was a variety of different snacks throughout the day, packaged pretzels, chips and some fresh fruits and veggies; the quality of snacks could have been better (organic quality) but towards the end of my tenure it started improving, it would make sense that everything should be bought in bulk for the amount of sales professionals that are there, and of course with the amount of people that work there, everyone has a different preference
Yodle has a caterer come in and provide meals at the Austin location daily. They provide a different meal each day with a veggie option and grilled chicken as well if requested.
Lunch options are just fine. Free basic lunch provided, with the opportunity to buy premium snack and drink type items.
The menu has been revamped so it's actually quite good. Veggie and Chicken options available. Currently free for all employees. Full salad bar also available.
The previous company 3M catering was phenomenal and the current 5 Star restaurant owner Parind and his crew and food are also spectacular. Major perk to have working there.
Healthy options and not so healthy options available most days of the week
Most of the time the food is decent and actually pretty diverse. The food trucks that are invited to serve in the parking lot are just bad.
The lunch is terrible and it feels policed. They will only let you get one plate....the salad bar is out all day and often has spoiled produce in it. The snacks are at convenience store prices....which feels so bad when you earn 9.62 an hour.
