Good package at this company
Unlimited time off ! As long as you are contributing, no one cares about how many days u take off.
I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?
Senior Vice President
Role at WPP OpenX new company ? I was approached for regional role. I’m still wrapping my brain around the model. Seems good? Always hard to say from ppt slides vs reality. Any thoughts or insights? What’s the culture like? Vision? Leadership? Any pros/cons appreciated
Unlimited PTO was a great benefit enjoyed by all employees. Leadership encouraged staff to utilize the time off since work pace and intensity was fast and high.
As far as benefits go Yodle has great benefits, down to rolling holidays so you get holiday pay on 2 days a year that you schedule off that arent holidays.
Flex PTO Plan, healthcare is alright, Austin Office has plenty of perks and 401k is competitive
We had unlimited time off, but when web.com acquired us it went to 2 weeks based on service.
The company changed a lot while i was there. The 401 wasn't matching at all. They did offer good health and dental.
They switched to United Health Care, and still use Delta Dental and Eye Med. The price was avg to slightly high i think
