Flex PTO Plan, healthcare is alright, Austin Office has plenty of perks and 401k is competitive
We had unlimited time off, but when web.com acquired us it went to 2 weeks based on service.
The company changed a lot while i was there. The 401 wasn't matching at all. They did offer good health and dental.
They switched to United Health Care, and still use Delta Dental and Eye Med. The price was avg to slightly high i think
Great medical and dental coverage. Free lunches, happy hours. Standard vacation and paid time off. Have 401K plan but not matching.
Best thing is 401k, worst thing is benefits do not apply until 4 months into employment. There's a chance that you will not be there for 4 months if you do not meet the minimum sales requirements each month
very generous package overall
Unlimited vacations / time off, which tends to mean very few people ever take two weeks. Pretty terrible 401k options. Standard medical / visual / dental insurance.
I didn't utilize the health insurance, the best thing was the paid time off and the holidays and utilizing the dental insurance (Delta Dental), having the option of daily snacks
Worst benefit package for everyone's "best interest"
