Good package at this company
Unlimited time off ! As long as you are contributing, no one cares about how many days u take off.
Unlimited PTO was a great benefit enjoyed by all employees. Leadership encouraged staff to utilize the time off since work pace and intensity was fast and high.
As far as benefits go Yodle has great benefits, down to rolling holidays so you get holiday pay on 2 days a year that you schedule off that arent holidays.
Flex PTO Plan, healthcare is alright, Austin Office has plenty of perks and 401k is competitive
