great work environment, casual dress code, uncapped commission and an excellent learning and extensive training environment. It's a fun place to work and the people are very helpful and will do anything to help you in any way.
The package was good but did not provide benefits until after 90 days. I feel a company should offer benefits after 30 days
Everything's normal. No cons. If they picked up the tab for all of the benefits that'd be great, but they don't. However, if you're good at your job, moving beyond the the 20,000 base salary with commissions is easy. The revenue share is great.
Expensive for such a low paying position. PTO based on low base salary, ignoring the 50-75% of your income that is commission-based.
Covers Dental, Vision and Health insurance have excellent coverage considering the price. The price went up in the past year by about 20% They never matched any 401k. Now they will up to 2% only if you contribute and work throughout the entire year.
401k price match. Free daily lunch.
Health plan is expensive with poor coverage.
Health & dental insurance. Free meals, frequent prizes and sales contest rewards
Unlimited days off, 401k, Dental, Vision, Health, and did i mention unlimited days off?
Decent healthcare coverage but the premiums were on the higher side. No 401K was offered while I was there, and it was a constant concern brought to upper management.
