Very basic. A person handled you work while you were out so you really got to "be on vacation"

Time off is fairly compensated, you are responsible as a sales professional to take time off in a constructive way so it doesn't interfere with your quotas that need to be met on a monthly basis

    PTO seems normal and reasonable.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Austin, Texas

Salary positions get unlimited PTO. Hourly employees receive 10 hours ever 1st of the month.

I had so many hours paid off. They are pretty good about letting you use it when you need to. Downside, They do not pay out the unused PTO if you leave.

Unlimited PTO (within reason) works well for families

You can earn some measly 2 weeks off in a year...that is just sad.

I did not have paid time off while I was there since I was a contractor.

  • Sep 15, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Customer Account Manager in Austin, Texas

Good! You get 3 weeks a year

  • Aug 08, 2015

Decent, but you are made to feel like a traitor for taking your EARNED time off
