Yogurtland job training is pretty basic and easy, no one will put you behind the register and make you help the customers right away, you will probably be trained to do so your second or third day in.
Manager taught me how to do the job and was very thorough, after she quit the new people brought on were terrible because they did not have the accurate training to preform the job how it needed to be done.
They were very friendly, and respectful. We recieved tios at the end of the night. They ranged from 3-10 a day because everyone sit tips.
The worst thing is that you only get trained for about two day by shadowing someone but there are so many things to do that you forget or sometimes the person training you forgets. The good thing is the owner would provide the steps on a paper.
There is an orientation and job description but, often times there's nobody to train you.
No training provided, you were expected to know your job, the end. Senior management was very caught up with themselves, they cared about nobody but themselves
It lasted only about an hour long and it was very very very easy.
there was a lot of things i had to learn on my own but that was okay because i developed my own routine
