Insurance was offered because I was full-time. If you work there long enough and depending on the franchisee, you can get PTO or other benefits.
Since I am under a different medical coverage, I did not have to use the YourtLand one. I did not hear anything that was good or bad about it, but I think it is pretty decent and if one works full time, it may very much be worth doing. Job training was great, very easy, and staff are exclusively friendly and nice.
I recieved no benefits while working here , you only recieve a free six ounces of yogurt while you are on your shift. you are not even allowed to get yogurt after your shift is over because they want the customers to see you eating the yogurt. No benefits whatsoever.
The best part was the easy environment as well as the coworkers . The worst was the new manager to come she changed everything was very hypocritical and raised her voice to both employees and customers.
There were no benefits for part time store associates. I think if you were there full time for maybe a year you got some benefit but i was not told of any.
Best: get giftcard balance for hours working worst: no bonus or tips
50% off discount off of all yogurt from yogurtland
There were not benefits (company perks, health insurance, 401k, vacation, and time off), or any benefit package, offered to me while working at Yogurtland.
No 401K even though they promised they would have it. The rest is standard.
no benefits, just hourly pay.
