You only receive 5 days of PTO after working at your site for a full year. Similarly, you only receive a handful of days with holiday pay after six months of working on site, depending on how many days both the site and Yoh agree upon.

YOH has great health care benefits and the cost is low compared to other plans I have seen.
offer comprehensive health insurance but very high premium
Solid health benefits as well as 401k
Good insurance coverage with decent premiums. Vacation/time off accrual could be better.
Yoh's health benefits would have cost me double what I could find outside.
I went a year before finding out I had sick days.
It is good that a contractor offers these benefits, but they are still not offered at a feasible cost.
