    The 401k match is great

Overall benefit offerings are significant and incentive for reduction in premium offered if you have a yearly physical. Health insurance out-of-pocket expenses are high and there is NO ER co-pay which can be costly.

Benefits are decent but for an insurance company, you'd expect the premiums to be better and the 401K match to be higher. Work from home options are pretty awesome though.

I like that they allow for working from home and there are a lot of training programs in the system. i do not like that they no longer offer Kaiser Medical.

Kaiser & Aetna. Amount you pay is based on your yearly salary

They dropped the bonus program in favor of gift cards. Everyone's income went down because of it. It's insulting to do an exceptional job and get a $50 gift card for it.

Best thing is the PTO Worst things - reduction in 401K assistance. No retirement packages. Health insurance out of pocket expenses.

Work from home option is awesome. But you have to wait three years to get 401k match totally vested. And no maternity leave
