Health insurance choices could improve
Pretty well-rounded benefits programs 401k match, decent PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. What you would expect except medical continues to grow in price (which is understandable based on employee health risk assessment).
Medical is expensive, with high deductibles and co-pays
The best that the offer it. The worst is that it is below industry standards. 401K contribution does not apply until after 1 year and max contribution is 3%. Pay is not based on job title or actually job duties. Salary inequality exists from account to account.

Some of management did not know what certain divisions did and would favor other divisions Plenty of resources and clients could get all their insurance needs with one client.
The benefits are good with this company.

Best is the ability to choose between a HSA or a PPO. Also dental and vision insurance.
