It is now flexible PTO. You are encouraged to take 4-12 weeks!
Very flexible with maternity and paternity leave. Additionally, there is the ability to work from home, and in most offices, it is not uncommon to bring your infant to the office.
I saw fellow staff use this benefit and they greatly appreciated it.
They take great care of their employees
They give 6 weeks for new moms plus a flexible schedule and understanding leadership. Also, Dad's get a flexible schedule post child birth.
I did not use this benefit so I can not accurately comment on it. I did feel like there was preferential treatment by management for families.
There is a lot of talk about Young Life being a "Family Friendly" organization; but that's all it is - talk.
