401K match is great. the best in the business
Y&R has generous benefits....I believe after 30 days you're enrolled automatically into their 401k, % match occurs after 1 year. Paid time off is VERY generous, besides vacation time, there are paid days off for your birthday, several summer Fridays off during the summer, usually closed between Christmas and New Year, personal days, etc
In addition to paid vacation days, you receive extra days off in the summer and end of the year.
Match 401k. Fsa options. Metrocard plan. Legal plans. Great medical options. Great corporate discounts. Cheap Eye and dental options. Good pto.
Contract employees never get any of those benefits of vacation.

Insurance wasn't bad. I don't know a lot of about that sort of thing, but it was pretty good. It's really pretty up to you on what you want to do. They have options for HSA, or PPO or... HMO and dental, eye, etc - it's really all up to you.
