The benefits are extremely basic.
Given the direction of benefits packages offered by private corporations, Young's offering was average. The worst was the High Deductible health insurance, medication was included...so you paid full price for meds until deductible met.
Need to realize the market is providing much better benefits.
Best: The 401k match is generous (3% on first 3%, plus 2% up to 5%) and the match vests immediately. Worst: Vacation is limited to January-October due to end of year sales push.
Medical benefits are terrible - only PPO option which has extremely high deducible, so you pay a ton out of pocket before insurance kicks in. Only two weeks PTO, not the standard in the workforce anymore.
