literally had no training whatsoever. i had previous experience working with this department so i was able to wing it and get by, but the company made no effort whatsoever to train me properly, and if i hadn't had the experience that i did, i would have failed miserably.
Feel that I was just put out to work and they trained when it fit them best.
they dont teach you enough to feel prepared for anything
