“Very good employee discount & could add coupons for more discount”
“It had good coverage at a reasonable price. Dental & vision were also available at good rates.”
“vacation time was very standard. you get time off from every accumulated hours of working. nothing too out of the ordinary. ”
A Generous package for employees
vacation time is very self explanatory. 401k was cancelled because the company is going bankrupt but the management is doing everything they can to answer questions and help out employees that don't know what is going on so that is very appreciative.
They offer a complete health care package with health, dental, vision, short term disability, life and even a lawyer insurance.
i don't use their benefit because i have my own inurance, but i heard they have good benefit
you have to work there for over a year in order to receive any benefits as a full time employee. including, vacation, PTO, insurance, sick days, etc. was never told anything about there 401k and when i asked nobody seemed to know anything about it.
The health insurance is reasonable especially if you are the only one on the policie. It can get a little pricey when you start adding dependents which is the case with most employers.
Great benefits package can be a little expensive depending on what type of benefits you need.
It was quite easy to sign up for vacation time as long as no one else was vacationing at that time. The worst was not being able to take vacation like the rest of the year for Black Friday...but in a way that makes perfect sense.
Flexible schedule, ok discount, very easy to take time off in my department. I did not elect health benefits.
You only qualify for the benefits if you're full-time, but it's difficult to move from Short Hour (less than 20 hours per week) to part-time, and even more difficult to move to full-time. And even if you've been told you can become the full-time worker in your department, management and/or corporate can yank that away and say, "We've decided this department doesn't need a full-time worker."
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
