vacation time was very standard. you get time off from every accumulated hours of working. nothing too out of the ordinary.
have to wait a full year to get any vacation time or PTO
You have personal days but they say you can only use them if you put them in 30 day before which a personal day is somthing that your not really sure when it's gonna come up so it seem like a way for them not to pay out.
Not that much time unless your full time higher up the ladder and work in a glass house.
