    Best things - the accrual was quick. Worst thing - being sick was an inconvenience to the company. You HAVE to see your clients sick or not and then complete your documents from home IF your supervisor agrees to that.

    You can accrue up to 60 hours of leave at a time at which time the leave will stop accruing. You are required to make up all sick leave by making up hours before and after sick leave. It's not worth it to take leave.

    I have been able to use sick days very easily and you always have enough to cover whatever illness you might have. There's even temporary leaves of absences for things such as serious illnesses, etc.
