Great benefits package available and affordable
Limited options and too expensive
Easy to understand, affordable, better than other districts in the region.
You can get good health insurance at decent prices. The only down side is that HR seems a little lost when you try to ask them questions about them. Still.. great packages.
I work part-time so I do not qualify for benefits
Typical health benefits for a school district; health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance offered. Depending on the plan you choose, it can get costly, but it's doable and affordable if you know what is absolutely necessary for you and your family.
Great benefits package with 10 paid sick days. It is very expensive though to insure the kids as well. However, I can't compare to any other job or insurance since this is the only one I have had since I have had kids.
Health insurance is expensive and not the greatest. Great hours, all holidays off and summers as well.
Health benefits was the best and teacher backup was the worst.
We have health insurance, but the premiums are very high for families.
