Pros: -401k with great index fund options -Flexible and fairly generous PTO policy -Various health insurance options (company contributes to plan of your choice) -100% remote work -WFH setup stipend -annual professional development stipend -access to corporate PerksAtWork membership (subsidized fitness, wellness and retail purchases) Cons: -No 401k match, although this is fairly typical of startups
Standard for a company this size
Standard startup package. Health insurance is partially covered. 401k exists but no matching. In office snacks when back in office. Lunch 4 days/week.

A very great company all around
2 weeks vacation, expensive insurance with high deductibles and poor coverage, no pretax for commuting. Started 401k this year but no matching.
