$1500 co-op bonus was given at the first day of employment!
High deductible. It seems like all healthcare is catastrophic healthcare anymore. They are no different.
Great pay and benefits. But very little time off. No family life unless you're Superman or Superwoman.
The dental plan was amazing but only because it was negotiated with the UAW. The medical was really good as well but vision insurance was basically worthless.
Lot to learn and good supprt from co-workers
best - concentrates on health of employees and perks are given if there is an improvement in your/your family health. worst - high deductible
The company offers excellent health insurance as well as good 401k benefits. The rates were great. Worst, disability. Dont get diagnosed with a serious disease because they will terminate you.
The insurance is worthless and the deductable is outragouse . they make any possibility of a production bonus impossible to achieve.
Very competitive compensation package, including performance bonus and annual performance raise. Worst thing is they make you pass all these health metrics to get your HSA money, which is just annoying. There is tuition assistance, but it's quite small and you cannot receive it until after 1 year of employment.
401k match does not begin until a year after your employment and they only match half up to 3 percent. Insurance is okay with a lot of out of pocket pay but they do give you a chance for them to put up to a 1000 a year into your HSA.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
