The 401k is great. Vacation time is ample. Dental and vision plan is great. Health insurance is good for a small company.
Worst Health care plans are really expensive and 401k was an 8% but you can change it.
Great insurance but deductible is very high
Paying for insurance is always so much money. which is never fun but they did have a benefits meeting right after I was employed so it was easy to learn and sign up.
We get great PTO but the healthcare is terrible. The deductible is $4,500 with no co-pays (pay full amounts till you hit deductible).
They are offering 401k. PTO staring 13 day per year ( accumulated). Did not use their health insurance program. Never heard about their perks and other benefits unless these above.
They are the same as most others. Pretty good for individual and a tad expensive for Family.
401k is decent. Healthcare is awful. HR is one person (hard working and responsive) but one person for a 1000 person company so you are on your own if you have an issue.
ZRS Management gives you plenty of time off so you can have a great work and personal life balance.
Insurance is terrible!! I pay 100.00 a month and I have an 4500 deductible. This plan requires me to pay everything completely out of pocket until the deductible is met. Terrible insurance. We did have vacation and sick time separate. Not anymore! It's all PTO now. I lost 4 days.....
