The benefits are great but they offer them to interns so that they don't have to pay overtime. No one needs the benefits at 21, everyone's on their parents plan still.

ZS offers very good medical / dental benefits. The 401K match is the not best. The working style is very flexible, and people can work from home as long as the work gets done.
