Comprehensive health benefits. Relatively low match for 401k of about 3.5%.
Decent base pay; limited bonus; little pay transparency; decent salary growth; cost of living adjustment good, but decreases fairly quickly with tenure
Health care benefits are great, but 401k benefits are arcane and severely lacking in comparison with other firms.
The package is very comprehensive and the health insurance plan in place is great. Given ZS's area of expertise great health and dental insurance is not surprising.
maternity leave is good- i got 4 months after 3 years at the company
Pro: Great health plan -- covers practically everything. Includes dental and vision. Liberal work at home policy, depending on your manager. Snacks in the kitchen. Con: 5 year waiting period to be vested in 401k.
The package has very low copays and lots of options depending on the coverage you want. Overall it is very good; I would assume it's a standard package for a high-end firm.
Best thing = 6 chiropractor sessions with the healthcare plan! Worst thing = your 401K matching won't vest until after 3 years
Health care is great, 401k matching is not
Pretty good benefits which makes up for the bad pay.
