Top-notch health insurance, vision and dental, 401k matching, also an option for long-term care, which is really hard to find these days
Incredible benefits package. One of the best you will ever see. They cover 90% of health insurance premiums and provide free life insurance and short and long-term disability insurance. 401k matching up to 3%. Many benefits for women, including Milk Stork. ZS clearly cares about its employees.

15 days of PTO that increases to 20 after 3 years. Everyone gets a few extra days off around the holidays. 5 sick days. Good health/dental/vision - ZS covers 90%. Really poor 401k match - begins vesting at 2 yrs and does not fully vest until 5 years. Work-life balance is pretty bad a lot of the time. Recently expanded family and paternity leave.

1. 401k match up to 3%; 100% vesting after 6 years, 80% after 5 years and so on 2. 3 weeks of PTO for up to 3 years of tenure, 4 weeks for 3+ years 3. Great healthcare: free prescription glasses, eye exam, free chiropractor sessions etc. 4. B-School funding (based on leadership approval) 5. Great snacks, drinks 6. Paid cellphone for 2nd level and above 7. Wfh possible to take care of personal commitments
Great healthcare benefits overall.... lots of things covered that precious companies would have had lots of out of pocket expenses.
