Sick hours are good , they are fair don’t need doctors note all the time
You dont start out with sick days, you have to accumulate them. Even as a full-timer. Its annoying because if I leave the company before actually accumulating all the sick hours Ive already used, I have to pay them back.
No problem if you notify the company about leav on time with a case certificate
They don't care about you being sick, you better make it to work.
Their rule is "use them or lose them" when it comes to sick days. Unless you tell them you are sick and bring in a doctor's note and follow up with corporate, you will not get paid sick time. Sick days do not roll over into the next year and when you quit, you are not paid out for them.
Terrible they do not let you take the 2 they give you.
4 Sick days per year that USE to be paid out if un-used, now they just roll it over.
20 days paid PTO including sick days
You are only allotted sick days after working for a certain amount of time -- about four months.
you do get sick days as well
