Pros: health insurance, monthly fitness stipend and unlimited PTO without any guilt, pet friendly, Friday lunches, good snacks, great maternity leave (3 months) Cons: Paternity leave could be more (but 2 weeks is great!) but all in all benefits are very good
Pro: Flexible time off is real, as in you won't be guilted for taking it. Pretty good fitness stipend, $75. Cons: 401k is pretty weak, and health insurance has steadily declined in quality and and increased in cost.
Very competitive. Generous. Well thought out. Easy to access and easily eligible.
Unlimited PTO is great and medical is really cheap and the fitness stipend is helpful, just wish it was more.
Solid benefits and PTO. Nice 401(k) match, medical benefits, and flexibility.
Benefits are minimal. With the rate of pay as low as it is, benefits should be making up the difference.
The benefits are good for a medium sized company, including health, dental, and retirement. A 401(k) plan would be preferable to the SIMPLE IRA.
Best - fitness stipend. 100 bucks a month
