Design of the office is very considerate and flexible. People = Hiring top talent with a keen knowledge of good and bad cx & customer support.
401(k) is a paltry 1% match. All of the other benefits are great (healthcare, ESPP, time off, snacks, etc.)
Best things are unlimited PTO, subsidized public transit costs, and a great medical network

I'm not a fan of unlimited PTO... and that's their PTO strategy.
I don't like paying indirectly for some of the benefits that I can't ever use but overall it is a generous plan if you tend to look at benefits as freebies.
