Great benefits - from health to development
Lots of benefits, subsidized meals, cafeteria in building w/organic ingredients, gym w/certified trainers, shower & towel service. Employee stock option, medical, dental/vision, rewarded for carpooling or public transportation, small perks for participation.
Health insurance, 401k, employee shares, free fitbit, FSA.
401k is pretty good but the company went to self insurance. Cigna/Allegiance PPO and it is terrible. So much out of pocket & bad customer service
The Company is making a concerted effort to provide an enhanced benefit package under a self-insured model.
Worse thing - large number of requirements to qualify for the top health benefits including daily walking
Benefits are good. New health plan not so much. Coverage can be expensive if you end up in the wrong tier
good cafeteria, the food is excellent and cheap. Health insurance and dental are PPO. Vacation days start at 10 days, 6 sick days, 12 holidays
Best is stock option, worst is vacation and health insurance downgrade
They just switched to having a self-insured health plan for which they want you to wear a fit it and reach a certain daily steps limit in order to get the lowest plan rates
