Perks are great, they take care of their employees in terms of benefits. Maternity / paternity leave seems like it is handled well here, no pressure for new parents to return and genuine excitement from employees and managers
Barely covered anything, even with the mid-level package. Very little information on choosing which package suits you, as they only really educate you during on boarding.

Zeno's health care packages are competitively priced, and employees are provided with options based on cost and coverage inclusions for general healthcare, dental and optical. Employees are given either 14 or 19 days of paid vacation each year depending on level and years of service, and that does not include existing company holidays.
The best thing you work for some big clients and always have an opportunity to earn. Benefits are not good if you are paid on an hourly basis.
The company offers a generous healtch care plan with dental and vision. 401k with good matching, long term disability coverage and short term disability optional coverage. They also give you a $60 stipend for relaxation called ZenoFit. Most people use it for a gym membership, but it can be used for anything that you wish, dinner and a movie, new shoes... whatever. retty cool!
