The company offers zero benefits or incentives to buy into benefits. If your spouse has insurance use theirs. The 401k has zero matching.

There are no benefits for part-time positions aside from setting your own work hours and being completely free to work anything from 0-20h/week.
I didn't really utilize the benefits, I already have full benefits. I think they offer very good benefits though. One thing is that I know I accrued sick leave while I worked there and that time was just lost when my contract expired. They did not say anything about using this up before I was done working there and they never offered to pay it out, even after I emailed and asked (I got no reply).
