DTO, sick leave is great at Zillow. Unlike other companies where the discretionary in discretionary time off is "don't do it" Zillow is very supportive of time off. Making sure you can take vacation and time to get better so that you don't spread the sick around. Could use better paternal leave, currently mothers get almost double the time off because of disability leave in addition to parental leave. This makes the leave very lopsided.
