Overall it's a good benefits package.
Having DTO and being encouraged to use it is one of the best parts about working for Zillow! Being in a hybrid role with a remote first attitude allows for me to have flexibility to get my work done in the most effective way possible while still balancing my personal life. The gym reimbursement, home office reimbursements, and excellent healthcare coverage are also great perks.

There are no cons to their benefits package. They offer 401k, plenty of sick time and PTO that accrues higher as the longer you stay with the company. The office has numerous coffee making options and snacks/drinks galore.
Zillow has multiple options for whatever works best for the employee. The benefits they offer are great for health insurance, life insurance, 401k and retirement and they’ve put in a lot of effort to highlight the importance of mental health as well. Zillow also provides networks for people seeking culture communities and they actually care about culture. Truly a breath of fresh air in the corporate world.
