Employer Summary

We provide custodial biological and adoptive parents with six weeks paid time off following the birth or legal adoption of a child.

Parenting Leave Wellness Program―When team members or their covered spouses/domestic partners complete a program through our wellness program, they are eligible for an additional two weeks of paid time off following the birth or legal adoption of a child.

Phase Back to Work
―We offer a one-week Phase Back to Work period. This period allows team members to work for 20 hours and be paid for 40 hours during their first week back from an approved leave of absence due to a birth or adoption of a child.

Benefits for nursing mothers―Several of our facilities have private Mother’s Rooms. In addition, mothers who travel for business have access to Milk Stork, a service that allows team members to easily travel with expressed milk or ship it to their home while they’re away at no cost.
