To give you time to rest and recharge away from work, Zimmer Biomet provides you with Paid Time Off/Vacation to be used at your discretion and with your manager’s approval. Eligibility is based on your length of service, and time ranges from 10 days to 30 days per year.
In addition, the Service Anniversary Leave program honors team members who have shown a continued commitment to Zimmer Biomet’s business and future. In the year when a team member achieves five years of service, they will be awarded one week of paid Service Anniversary Leave. This award will be repeated every five years thereafter. It is provided in addition to any Vacation/Paid Time Off.
