    Very expensive and not much coverage. Compare with other companies, Zions is on the low end of health insurance.

    That the only option is a high deductible health plan. I would be happy to absorb the costs of a more traditional HMO/PPO plan with lower deductibles and copays.

    I call it 'catastrophic insurance'. Annual physicals are 100% covered, but that's the only thing covered until you meet the deductible.

    The Company contributes very little toward premiums. Most plans a high-health deductible plans, which work well if you have very low annual medical costs.
