401k, Health insurance, Transportation and cell phone stipend, flexible PTO
Lovely stipend for cell phone and commuting. Decent 401K. Dental, Eye, and Health insurance are all very good. Plenty of vacation time.
Essentially unlimited PTO and managers that actually encourage time off, stock options, 401k, good health care, transportation and cell phone subsidies, free food and beer, etc.
Benefits are hit or miss depending on the demographic. Good for single employees, but not great for employees with families and no maternity or paternity leave is available.
The best benefits are the medical, dental and vision insurance. The company recently switched providers, and they cover a lot more now. The worst part about the benefits package is that the 401k doesn't start until after working for the company for 6 months. I personally don't think that beer and ping pong count as real benefits, these are more smoke and mirrors to distract people from the benefits that they actually want long-term.
Health insurance was barely health insurance. It was expensive and provided very poor coverage with an extremely limited network of doctors.
+ 401K and Roth IRA Options - High Deductible on Health Insurance - would like pet insurance options - Short Maternity Leave
401K plan is new and is currently being rolled out.
Best part: the people, the product, and the ping pong.
For a tech company, the benefits are not the best or worst. They are middle of the road but vacation and time off are very reasonable and very logical and consistent inside the company. If you are sick, work from home if you can and if not, rest and get better. Surprising more companies are not like that. Company has a great culture and great working environment which is probably the best perk. If you are going to spend so much of your life during the week at a company, you might as well enjoy it and that is hard to get at many companies.
